There have been a number of attempts to create MLS systems in Costa Rica. None have ever received sufficient adopti0n to stick around.
To give our represented properties the best chance of being sold on our owner’s timeline, we work with all reputable area real estate professionals.
When we take a listing, our goal is to get as many eyes on the property as we can.
Listing squatting is the practice of taking an exclusive listing and then not marketing it to other agents. The idea is that the listing agency can guarantee that they get the full commission versus sharing 50/50 as is common in North American real estate transactions.
Marketing
CRPM uses its own website and our email distribution list to get listed properties out to the entire real estate community in the Gold Coast. We also have contacts from San Jose that bring high networth clients to the Gold Coast.
Showing Coordination
CRPM coordinates showings for our own buyer clients and area real estate professionals, always in a respectful way with any tenants, owners, or property managers that may be physically at the property.
Offer & Contract Representation
CRPM has been working with most of attorneys that facilitate real estate transactions for over a decade. We’re also more than familiar with working with buyer’s agents that have little to no experience. We diplomatically project manage the sale of properties from offer through due diligence, closing, and hand-off of keys.
